What is one-time RO service?

One-time service is booked when you need a routine check, diagnosis, cleaning, or repair without an annual plan. You pay for the selected visit option and approve any required parts or work separately.

Purifier condition before AMC activation

The RO should be in working condition at plan purchase or activation. If the purifier is not working, a diagnosis or repair may be required before AMC activation, and that repair may be charged separately after inspection and customer approval.
