Yes. We use quality, brand-compatible spares to support purifier compatibility and performance.
Is there a warranty on your service visits?
Yes. We provide a 60 Days Service Warranty. This means no visit/service charge for the same reported problem within warranty terms. Parts, filters, membrane, consumables, fittings, or replacement items are charged separately unless covered by invoice/plan terms. If no related issue is found, or the visit is for a different problem, visit/service charge applies.
Which water purifiers do you service?
We service a wide range of domestic and commercial water purifiers including wall-mounted RO, under-sink RO, UV, UF, and gravity-based purifiers. We are an independent water purifier service provider and not affiliated with any specific brand or manufacturer.
What is included in the standard RO Service?
It includes deep cleaning of the storage tank, filter cleaning, and a detailed check of pump pressure and TDS levels.
Are your service engineers trained?
Yes, all technicians are trained for safe and expert service delivery.
How can I pay after service completion?
Yes, we support digital payments via UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, or net banking after the service is completed.
What does an AMC plan cover?
An AMC plan covers scheduled maintenance visits, filter replacement, and core electrical/mechanical parts cover as per terms.
