1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the RO Service Wala website (operated by Water Smith) or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Service

RO Service Wala provides multi-brand residential and commercial RO water purifier services, repairs, installation, uninstallation, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in Delhi NCR. Bookings are handled via online platforms, telephone, or WhatsApp.

3. Booking Fees & Pricing

We maintain clear, transparent pricing rules. By booking, you agree to the following fee structure:

Option A

Prepaid Online Booking

Pay ₹99 online as a prepaid visit deposit. This secures your slot and counts towards the standard visit charge.

Option B

Pay After Service (COD)

No immediate online payment. A standard flat visit charge of ₹249 applies and is payable upon technician arrival.

Important Pricing Rules:

  • Standard technician visit fee is ₹249. If you paid the ₹99 prepaid online booking fee, you pay the remaining balance of ₹150 for the visit.
  • All listed service charges are inclusive of 18% GST. A valid GST Invoice will be provided upon service completion.
  • Charges for spare parts, filter replacement kits, RO membrane replacements, electrical repairs (SMPS/pump/valves), and non-standard fittings are separate from the visit charge and will be quoted by the technician for your approval.

4. Service Warranty & Follow-up Terms

We stand behind the quality of our service. Our work is backed by a 60 Days Service Warranty under the following parameters:

  • verified No visit/service charge for the same reported problem within 60 days, subject to invoice/service terms.
  • verified If any parts, filters, membranes, fittings, or other replacement items are required to fix the follow-up issue, the customer will pay the standard charge for those parts unless explicitly covered by the invoice warranty.
  • verified If a technician is dispatched and no related service-warranty issue is found (or the problem is due to a different component, water outage, power failure, or user error), standard visit charges apply.
  • verified Installation services carry specific workmanship and layout-connection support as specified on the GST invoice, rather than the general 60 Days Service Warranty.
  • verified Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are governed exclusively by their own plan-specific terms and conditions (e.g., coverage of filters/spares depending on Silver, Gold, or Platinum plans).

5. Customer Obligations

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact numbers, location details, and ensuring that a representative is present at the service address during the scheduled time slot. Customers must ensure continuous water supply and active electrical connections to enable proper purifier testing by our technician.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care, RO Service Wala / Water Smith is not liable for pre-existing damage to purifiers, structural issues with walls during mounting, water quality changes beyond filter capacities, or consequential damages resulting from water leakage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of services provided by RO Service Wala shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
