AMC Frequently Asked Questions
Which plan is best for me?
The best plan depends on your water TDS level. For TDS up to 1000, Gold is sufficient. For TDS above 1500 or for comprehensive coverage including Alkaline filters, the Platinum Plus or Diamond plans are recommended.
Is GST included in the plan prices?
Yes. All prices are strictly inclusive of 18% GST. You will receive a proper tax invoice.
What is the validity of the AMC?
Every plan comes with a fixed 365 Days AMC Validity from the date of activation.
Are Sensors, LED, and PCB covered in AMC?
No. Sensors, LED displays, and PCB (electronic boards) are NOT covered in any AMC plan.
Are Cabinet, Faucet, Water Tank and Designer Tap covered?
Cabinet, water tank, and faucets are covered **only under the Diamond AMC plan** (generic/non-branded replacement only). Branded/OEM/designer taps/body parts are not covered in any plan. For other plans (Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus), these parts are not covered.
What if my RO is not working when I buy the AMC?
The machine must be in working condition at activation. If it's not working, our technician will provide a repair quote first. Once working, the AMC coverage begins.
What is the service warranty period?
Service follow-up support as per invoice/AMC plan terms.
